Shaolin Kung Fu, Junior is for children between the ages of 4 and 11. Focus is on leaning the traditional northern Shaolin forms, building strength, and gaining flexibility
Shaolin Kung Fu is for students at least 12 years of age. Cardio, jumping, and kicking exercises follow a brief warm-up. Then a short stretching session before learning the traditional northern Shaolin forms. Class frequently finishes with a quick series of body weight exercises.
Modern Wushu is open to students of all ages. Drills training follows a session of jumping kicks and tricks. Students then work on various contemporary wushu forms, both compulsory and freestyle. Class generally finishes with an intense series of body weight exercises.
Kung Fu Sparring is for students at least 12 years of age. Kickboxing techniques, throws, joint locks, and other real combat applications are learned and refined. Additionally, students engage in optional light to moderate contact sparring.
Shaolin Kung Fu, Adult Only is for the more mature. Though the jumping and kicking exercises are done at a slightly slower pace, the curriculum is nearly identical to the normal Shaolin Kung Fu class.
